Tvestroy Soma | AV Performance

Tvestroy Soma unfolds at the moment of drowsiness, late at night, in front of a possessed and hypnotic television. This liminal world gradually immerses the viewer in confusion, intertwining polyphonic television content composed of alienating advertisements, purifying exorcisms, and strident “electro-video-acoustic” tableaux.

As part of this special collaboration, the duo Fredericks-Perreault worked within a unique context created by the ASME collective. Tvestroy incorporates elements of video mapping into the monumental installation assembled in the gallery, unleashing a cloud of decibels with a high concentration of noise.
